Writing as Magic. Or Just A Joke.

My 8 year old daughter made up a knock-knock joke a couple of weeks ago using some of her spelling words. It goes like this:

Emma: Knock Knock
You: Who's there?
Emma: (Very seriously) Never forget.
You: Never forget who?
